Estolano Advisors’ Workforce Development Strategy practice aims to help create quality and family-sustaining career pathways, especially for marginalized workers, including women, communities of color, and tribal citizens. We possess expertise in advising clients, particularly those tied to large infrastructure and manufacturing projects, on the workforce landscape and in helping structure internal operations and infrastructure to accomplish their workforce goals. We also possess a unique ability to develop project labor agreements that deliver on workforce equity goals.

As accomplished conveners with a deep background in engaging workers and advocates, Estolano Advisors is able to bring together a broad set of stakeholders while ensuring the priorities and voices of workers are centered throughout.
