Estolano Advisors’ Mobility Justice practice focuses on the ways that investments in transportation can benefit all communities, with an emphasis on improving outcomes for historically underserved populations. We work in partnership with communities to ensure that mobility needs are met while additional community benefits can be realized by local investments – including quality jobs and environmental justice outcomes. In our collaborations with public agencies, foundations, and community-based organizations, we seek to address and remedy the harm perpetuated by outdated, racist planning policies.  

Our lived experiences and years of professional practice allows EA to ground our work in deep, nuanced knowledge and successfully engage diverse stakeholders. We prioritize equitable public participation by working with partners on the ground. We help identify equitable and alternative methods of transportation pricing and public safety.
