Victoria is an Operations Associate with experience in Human Resources and customer service.  

As Operations Associate for both Estolano Advisors and Better World Group, Victoria is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the overall employee experience. She supports members of the management team by managing various HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, and benefits administration. With a passion for creating a positive workplace, Victoria strives to ensure that employees and the organization thrive through effective HR strategies, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. 

Prior to joining Estolano Advisors, Victoria supported Kaiser Permanente employees as an HR Consultant and received a Bachelor’s in English from UC Santa Barbara.  

Victoria was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and is proud to support Estolano Advisors and Better World Group staff.
