Select clients include LA County Department of Parks and Recreation, the LA County Chief Sustainability Office, LA Metro, City of LA Bureau of Engineering, Communities for a Better Environment, and others.

His leadership on numerous strategic planning and visioning processes has set up government agencies for success. His collaboration with members of LA Metro’s Public Safety Advisory Committee led to the launch of the widely-regarded Transit Ambassadors program. Currently, he is working with a coalition of community-based organizations, the LA County Department of Parks and Recreation, and the three LA-based State Conservancies to develop an ten-year implementation plan to close the park and open space equity gaps in LA County.

Prior to joining Estolano Advisors, he worked to improve Los Angeles’ multimodal safety and public outreach processes. In this role, he was awarded the 2020 Public Outreach Excellence Award from the APA California chapter for authoring the SCAG Regional Climate Adaptation Framework’s stakeholder engagement toolkit and communications guide.
