Joanny provides administrative and operational support to keep the firm running smoothly.

Her time as a program coordinator, advocate, and educator have allowed her to hone her organizational and time-saving skills. She enjoys the many hats of the Administrative Assistant position that allow her to work directly with Better World Group and Estolano Advisors’ teams, clients, billing, HR, and IT.

Joanny obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies, with a minor in Public Policy, from UC Berkeley. Born and raised in L.A., she spends her time cooking, writing, and finding ways to combat equity issues.
