Ana Cuevas-Flores collaborates on a diverse portfolio of economic development and climate resilience infrastructure projects.
Ana Cuevas-Flores joined EA in December 2021 brings five years of diverse professional experience in housing, homelessness services, education, and economic development. As an associate, Ana brings an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to her work across equitable economic development, affordable housing, environmental justice, and climate resilience infrastructure. Ana has supported the firm’s technical assistance efforts by leading technical assistant for the Transformative Climate Communities program and the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities program. She also supported the development of LISC SD’s Diamond District Inclusive Economic Resiliency Agenda, which is a three-year roadmap that supports an integrated, place-based approach to advancing economic mobility and resilience for communities in the Diamond District.
Prior to joining EA, Ana implemented evaluation strategies and established social impact frameworks across affordable housing, youth education, economic development, and community engagement. She designed and implemented qualitative and quantitative surveys across programs to track and measure impact. Additionally, Ana developed an internal strategic plan to improve capacity and workflow procedures across three departments for a social impact led non-profit.
Ana holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Chapman University and a Master’s Degree in Social Entrepreneurship from USC. In her leisure time, Ana enjoys dancing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
