Ana brings an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to her work across equitable economic development, affordable housing, environmental justice, and public safety infrastructure.


Ana Cuevas-Flores joined EA in December 2021 and brings five years of diverse professional experience in housing, homelessness services, education, and economic development. Ana is an experienced analyst, evaluator, researcher, and leader committed to improving and making an impact in disenfranchised and disinvested communities. She has experience using mixed-methods evaluation and research, strategic planning and evaluation, and organizational development to advance equity. She has diverse experiences working with community-based organizations, nonprofits, and the private and public sectors.

As an associate, Ana brings an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to her work across equitable economic development, affordable housing, environmental justice, and public safety infrastructure. She is passionate about learning from communities and utilizing their assets to develop practical solutions to address their needs.

Ana obtained her Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship degree from the University of Southern California (USC). Previously, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University, where she focused on finance. Outside of work, Ana enjoys reading, hiking, dancing, and going on new adventures.
