Kevin Liu joined Estolano Advisors in August 2023 and brings a diverse work background in the legal field and public sector.

His areas of interest include mobility justice, transit infrastructure development, equitable economic development, and critical cartography. Kevin’s areas of skill include policy research and analysis, community engagement & public education, GIS mapping, data analysis and visualization, and fieldwork photography. Kevin seeks to reinvest in mobility infrastructure for historically disinvested communities by leveraging resources for and co-creating solutions with systems impacted communities.
